Terms and Conditions ikiss – Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to ikiss. This online sports betting and casino platform is operated by ikiss and is subject to the terms set out in this document. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ikiss platform, including website visitors, registered members, and mobile app users.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only on the ikiss platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. ikiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

You are solely responsible for the security of your ikiss account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices
• Report immediately to ikiss support if you suspect any unauthorised access

Ikiss shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to be your own unless you have promptly reported the account compromise to us.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified

• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, sport-specific rules will apply

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the ikiss customer support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you once all active bets are settled and withdrawal conditions are met, subject to required security checks.

All content on the ikiss platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, user interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ikiss and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any ikiss content without explicit written consent from ikiss. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Ikiss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
